This activity is offered in association with Southdown Gliding Club

Through u3a member, Richard Bryant, we are able to offer members the opportunity to experience a glider flight over the beautiful South Downs. The intention is to have two events per year with member numbers limited to ten for each event. If weather and ground conditions allow, the first event will be on Tuesday, 16 September 2025. If we are rained off then Richard will arrange another date in September. Those who are flying will become members, for the day, of Southdown Gliding Club and will have full cover under the aviation insurance policies held by the Club. No cover is provided under any u3a insurance policy.
