Geology
Geology is a very wide-ranging subject incorporating aspects of all the physical and biological sciences. Our objective is to provide participants with an introduction to areas of geoscience that are of general interest and that are pertinent to prevailing themes such as evolution, natural resources, and climate change. All three Group Leaders have enjoyed lengthy careers in the oil and gas industry while being active in geoscience organisations such as the Geological Society, promoting research, debate and education.
