Wine Appreciation is an informal group whose members share a common interest - wine!  Meetings will provide opportunities to sample half-a-dozen wines from different parts of the world and made from different grape varieties.  Information will also be provided about pairing wine and food. Most sessions will last 90 minutes but when, for example, a speaker attends, an extra 30 minutes may be necessary.  A small charge will be made at each session to cover the costs. A social activity - a vineyard visit, or a luncheon, for example - usually takes place once a year.
